Looking for adopted siblings. My brother was born May ’88 in Honolulu, Hawaii and my sister was born in Jan ’89 in Atchison, Kansas. The birth parents of both are Kelli Fairchild (Caucasian) and Caesar Lactod (Philipino). My brother (Caesar) and sister (Angela) were taken from mom by Atchison dcfs. Caesar had a condition known as "craniosynostosis" and Angela was born prematurely. It is believed the two kids were adopted together by an older couple. My adopted brother has recently tried to locate his birth mother via a case worker.
