I am looking for my sister that was adopted in Garden City‚ Kansas. At the time her name was Jasmine Garcia. I really can’t remember what age she was at the time. But she is over 18 now. I don’t remember her actual birthday. But I do remember it was in July. There were rumors that they she may have been moved to Nebraska. She was adopted with my brother as well his name would have been Miguel Hernandez or Garcia. Not sure and his bday was December 27th. Don’t remember the year but he also would be over 18.
