Dianna Renee Howe-Oropeza born 12/26/2008 in Fairfield‚ California Solano County USA mothers maiden name is Sheila Renee Howe‚ mothers current name Sheila Renee Whiteside. Father’s name is Stephen Oropeza from Sonora‚ California do not know much more then that about the father. The man in the mothers life at the time of birth was Scott/Scott‚ he was in the hospital at Dianna’s Birth. Birth mother moved to Kansas when Dianna was around 4 years old‚ Birth mother lost Dianna to DCF and St. Francis in Hutchinson‚ Kansas. Dianna was placed in foster care there‚ birth mom was given 2 1/2 years to do what she needed to get Dianna back. She was not successful and so her full parental rights where taken away‚ the 2 1/2 yrs in foster care Dianna birth mom had visitation with her. Which was all the time‚ after the birth mothers right where taken Dianna was adopted by one of her foster parents sibling. That happened around 2015/2016‚ Last that I knew Diannas adopted family travels around a lot. Also Diannas grandmother Shane Howe is still in Kansas‚ Diannas aunt Sarah McGuire is living in Housington‚ Kansas personaly I believe that Dianna should have been sent to live with her aunt Sarah. Diannas birth mother had told me that it wouldn’t happen‚ because she made sure of it by having it put in the records that Dianna has no kinship. All that I can hope fore is that if and when Dianna starts looking for her birth family that I pray to GOD that she finds her Aunt Sarah or me first‚ her mother never did right by her and for that thank GOD she was taken from her. But she should have been placed with family‚ Dianna has so much family that loves and misses her dearly. That had nothing to do with her being removed from her mother’s care‚ but she should be in her families life. Her Birth mother has had nothing but child pertective cases‚ even to this day with her 2 younger daughters. Thankfully Kansas was the only state to not mess around and actually stepped in‚ I just can not believe that they would not have given her over to family. They knew Dianna was at her aunt’s house‚ her birth mother sent her to walk to her aunt’s house that was down the street. At night by herself when a fight had broken out‚ at a party her birth mother was at with her when she was 5 years old-ish. The party was at her aunts (Sarah) husbands (Ronald/Ron) sister’s house (Connie Montelongo) Ron’s twin sister‚ she is the one who called the cops the night the fight happened at her house and reported that Diannas birth mother told her to go to her aunt’s house. So far that I know of‚ Diannas birth mother‚ grandmother‚ great grandmother‚ grandmother’s sister (Audrey) my mom‚ and I all have our DNA on Ancestry. I do not know if they have there’s set up to help research for criminal stuff‚ I have mine fully set up to allow all of that kind of access. I do not know what more I could give that would help‚ other then a list of the most recent family last names from her birth mothers side. They would be Whiteside‚ McGuire‚ Howe‚ Carriger‚ Light‚ Mack‚ Vernon‚ and Bidwell. I am Dianna’s birth mothers 1st cousin‚ on the full maternal line.
