In the small amount of adoption paperwork I have found my Birth Mother was referred to as “Katie Fox” but says her name is “Phyllis Liu Barbour” in the past 15 yrs of looking for her I have found 1 single picture from a yearbook that was public information I found on ancestry. In the year book photo her name was “Katie Fox” in Wichita, Ks the only photo is the same year I was born in 1987. She was a junior in high school. But, I’ve not been able to find a single thing since. My paperwork tells me she was born and raised most of her life in China. I cannot find the lawyer who looked over my adoption. I was born in Wesley medical center in Wichita, Ks Feb. 24th 1987. I don’t know the drs name. My birth fathers name is James Carrion and I know nothing of him except that he is of Mexican decent and was from somewhere in Texas and was in Wichita for work and met my birth mother. I can find no trace of either of them I recently fell ill and I have medical conditions that I wish I would have known if things ran in the family. I’ve been searching flounce I was 18.
