The story behind my daughter’s adoption is that she was left on the steps of the Civil Affairs office in Yifeng County‚ Jiangxi Province‚ China. She was taken to the Yifeng County Social Welfare Orphanage. We adopted her in Nov. of 2008 and her estimated birthdate is Feb 4‚ 2008. Her Chinese name was Zhuang Lu He.
