My name is Leigh Meijer and now I live in The Netherlands. In 1999 I was adopted by my parents. I stayed in the orphanage Yangzhou Welfare Institute in Yangzhou (China) and they told my parents that I was found at a police station. Where exactly, I don’t no. Last year I went back to Yangzhou, China, to visit my orphanage. Unfortunately they didn’t have any information about me. I hope you can help me with finding my biological parents or information about me. When I came to Holland I already had two scarfs on both of my arms. I don’t no how I get them. That’s one of the questions I have, besides the regular question about my adoption. Please help me.
