My uncle, Otto Salisbury, was stationed in Yokosuka, Japan in 1950s and we believe he has a daughter by a Japanese woman. The daughter’s name at birth we think was Sherry Candy Salisbury (not sure). The mother went by the American name of Flo or Ruby. The story that was told is that the mother backed out of sending the daughter to the U.S. and may have put her up for adoption or sent her to an orphanage. No other information known at this time.
