Hello I’m searching for my fathers biological family. His birth name (4/29/1953) was James Otsu but was changed to Mamour Otsu on November 20 1953. His Birth mothers name was Ayska Otsu but remarried on April 9th 1956 (to a Seitaro Fujiwara) and changed name to Ayska Fujiwara. His biological father is listed on family register as "unknown" My father was adopted by Husband, Cornelius E. Fullwood and wife, Jewell Fullwood (both American citizens) on December 25 1958. My fathers name was then changed to Calvin Edward Fullwood. Copy of family register states that my father was born at 125 Go, #31, Aza Shirihikimaeyama, Ichikawa-mura, sennoe-gun Acmori-Ken on 29 April 1953 report on birth received from Ayako Otsu, mother, by Mayor of Ichikawa Village on 22 may of the same year.
