Her father is Shintaro Miyakawa and her mother is Teru Fujitomi. In 1965, Hiroko Miyakawa resided at No. 58, Nakamaru-cho, Itabashi-ku, Tokyo-to. I was adopted at birth by an American family in the United States Air Force stationed at Tachikawa Air Base, in Tachikawa. My passport indicates surname of Miyakawa. However, my family hanko seal indicates Matsumori. I was told that since my actual birth mother was an unwed teenager, I assumed the identity of Miyakawa (a deceased family infant) to save family disgrace. I have profiles on MyHeritageDNA, 23andMe, and Ancestry.com.
