I was born May 21‚ 1989 at Hasharon hospital in Petakh-Tiqva Israel. I was born at a low birth weight and spent 2 months in hospital according to my adoptive parents. I was adopted at 3 months old in Holon. My adoptive parents say the adoption office was in Jerusalem but the day they got me they travelled to meet a social worker in Holon who gave me to them. I do not know how accurate what they have told me is. The only info I can verify is the hospital name‚ as it is in the documents. I have an adoption file with limited info from The District Court Beer-Sheva.
