The adoption agency that I was adopted from is Florence Crittenton home (center) in Sioux City. The birth name that was given to me by my birth mother is Thomas Bernard, I do not have the last name for any further information on who my birth mother was. The people who adopted me was Helen and Warren Washburn. My daughter has always wondered my blood side of her family and so have I. There is a few questions on health records. I know that there a slim chance to find any answers. Just happy in the end that I tried. I’m not sure if my birthday date is the real date either.
