Hi, I am searching on behalf of my husband for his biological mother/family. His name is John Noble & he was born on 5/13/83 in Council Bluffs, IA & was adopted shortly after he was born (within a few months or less). He had one older biological brother who had a seizure disorder but we do not know anything else about his birth family. Hoping this little amount of information might still get us somewhere.
