Looking for birthmother, birthfather and/or siblings. I am female, born on March 15, 1959 at Methodist Hospital in Sioux City, Woodbury County, Iowa. Time of birth 2:45pm. Adopted through Florence Crittenton Home in Sioux City. My birthmother was 19 at the time, unmarried, and living at FC Home while pregnant with me. My birthfather was 21. From information I have my birthmother played the drums in her high school band and considered her smile to be her best feature. I was told she worked at a local bank. My birthfather played basketball in high school and at the time of my conception was stationed in the Sioux City area with some branch of the military. No information on the physical appearance of either, although I have been told my birthmother has a brother who contracted polio as a child.
