Trying to find my grandmas biological family. My Grandma was adopted in 1942 as a baby within 1 year of her birth which was 5/18/1942. She was adopted from the Iowa Soldiers Orphanage in Davenport, Iowa. Her birth certificate says she’s French and English. My great grandparents who adopted her were William and Sylvia Weighley from Waterloo, IA. She was raised in Waterloo.
