I was born in Iowa City, Iowa on May 27, 1971. I was adopted 7 days later from Hillcrest in Cedar Rapids and adopted by a couple who lived in Dubuque Iowa. From what I was told my mom was a teacher and dad was a farmer. I think Hovey was my last name but I am not sure. I had a house fire and my documents were in the fire.
