Im trying to help my dad find any biological family with his permission of course. He does not have a facebook or even a phone lol. So far, we have filled out an application for non identyfiying info along with a notarized copy of his id. He was born in Des Moines Iowa.. Believe in (Polk county) on Dec 12th 1961. He was given the name Michael Douglas. We do know he had 1 biological (older) sister. Adopted parents were Michael & Elsie Faber. That is really all the info we have. My dad is getting older & we would like to come in contact with any biological family before it’s too late one day. Hopefully they feel the same.
