I’m searching for the child of Sandy Vinzant. She was born about the time my father was and is supposidly his half sister. I want to find her and maybe discover the truth down the line. I know she was born in Des Moines, IA likely at Broadlawns or Luthern Hopsital. She was given up for adoption soon after as her mother was only a young teenager, maybe fourteen years old. I’m unsure what agency was used for the adoption however.
