I was adopted at 18 months old in Iowa with my older brother Kenneth. I was told my birth mother’s name is Elizabeth Hillman‚ but I’m not sure how accurate that information is‚ but I do know Donnald Welch claims to be my birth dad but my understanding is I may not actually be his son.
