Lutheran Family Services placed me with my Foster parents in July 1975...about July 25, 1975 (I was a couple of weeks old). I was born at Iowa Lutheran Hospital on July 11, 1975 in Des Moines, Iowa. I was given the name "Daniel Andrew Oscar Hultman" by my adoptive parents. I was 7lbs. 6oz. at birth. I have type O+ blood and my birth mother has type A- blood. I was born with Jaundice and had to stay in the hospital for a week after I was born before I could be released. I was seen a week after that as a follow up for the jaundice. I am pretty sure it was my birth mom that had me up until then and then put me up for adoption 2 weeks after I was born. A man by the name Ken Jerome pulled strings to help my adoptive parent find me. He worked for the IOWA MEDICAL SOCIETY as a lobbyist. He is now deceased. I am looking for my birth mother. This is all I have.
