I don’t know much except I think my birth mother’s first name is Kim and for sure the last name Shaffer. There is nothing about a father because it was listed as unknown. I was born at 3pm‚ named Shana Shaffer‚ and was born at the University of Iowa hospital in Iowa City‚ IA. I am pretty sure Lutheran Social Services helped with my adoption. I want to find my birth mother or father‚ birth grandparents and or siblings. I am currently 42 and still reside in Iowa.
