I am doing this search for a friend who does not have internet access. She asked me to look for her son. He was born December 22, 1977 at St. Joe’s Hospital, Keokuk, Iowa. The mother’s birth date is October 6, 1946. He was adopted through an agency in either Keokuk or Fort Madison, Iowa. The adoptive parents lived about 100 miles from Des Moines, Iowa. She wants her son to know that she wanted to keep him, but she was physically incapable of taking care of him due to her medical conditions.
