My adoptive father’s mother was born April 27, 1947 and given the name Victoria Simes. She was adopted between the ages of 18 months and 2 years. She has a lot of questions about her birth family and her early personal history. She is also very curious about any family medical history that she or her two sons should be aware of. However, she is not sure that she wants to know any family members personally at this time. Therefore, I am hoping that if anyone is looking for her, that I can get into contact with them on her behalf so that she may get the information she needs, and make decisions regarding establishing contact as she feels comfortable.
