The person I’m looking for is someone who knows the info about one Penelope "Penny" Rhyne Adkins‚ who was born on February 1‚ 1953 in Marshalltown‚ Iowa and adopted by Maxwell Eugene Adkins and Marjorie (Bolei) Adkins right at birth. The entire town seemed to know my mom was adopted except for her she did not find out until after her mom died at around age 20. Even all of her aunts/uncles and cousins knew. My mom died on August 4‚ 2023 at the age of 70. She had no interest in finding her biological family but I am. I want to know where I come from.
