I was born at Jennie Edmundson Hospital in Council Bluffs IA and was a private adoption at birth. My biological mother’s name is Deborah Lynne Cole from Tulsa OK. I do know she was one of 6 siblings and had a total of 3 children given up for adoption‚ including myself. I do not have any information about my biological father other than he was living in Oklahoma in 1966. I am looking for medical family history since that was not provided at the time of my adoption.
