I am looking for the family of my Grandfather Jack Leroy McGowan. He was born September 3‚ 1920. He was born in Iowa City Iowa. He was adopted my Clarence & Letha McGowan and of Mason City Iowa. He passed away in 1958 in an accident so I don’t have any other details. I am wanting just a family history since my uncle both passed in accidents as well before hitting 50 years of age. I want to know if there are any medical related things I should be looking out for. My father has since passed of heart issues. I have taken dna on 23 and me as well as ancestory.
