This was listed in my medical records from the hospital. According to SS records she also went by various other last names with the last name at her death in 1988 as Barbara Ann Vaughn married to Ray Arthur Vaughn. They are buried in Phoenix at the National Memorial Cemetery which my husband and I visited the week of May 4,2017.
