I was born in Omaha, Nebraska at St. Joseph Hospital on November 30, 1960 at 9:53 p.m. At the time of my birth my adoptive parents lived in Council Bluffs, Iowa. My adoption was handled through a private attorney, Leo F. Connolly in Council Bluffs, Iowa. My birth mother was married, but was divorced at the time of my birth. She had three prior births. I either have 3 full or half siblings older than me. My birth mother was 24 years old when I was born. I believe my adoption was finalized in Dec 1961. I really need family medical history. I have more than one chronic disease. Doris
