Mother gave birth in Dubuque‚ Iowa. I believe it was in or near the Catholic hospital. She was an unwed mother in the late1950’s. The nuns took care of all the unwed mothers. My mother was originally from Oxford‚ Iowa.. she was living in Cedar Rapids‚ Iowa. When she became pregnant. And she was around her mid to late twentys when she gave birth to a boy. My brother!! I don’t feel comfortable stating my Mother’s last name‚ but her first name was Eunice. She was very fair skinned‚ freckles and curly strawberry blond hair. I’m not sure if the baby boy was adopted from Iowa or Illinois.
