They were placed in foster care with a family who lived on a farm and had horses. To my knowledge all 3 were adopted by this family. Their biological maternal family lives mostly in Keokuk Iowa and paternal family from Davenport Iowa. Fathers name on original birth certificate is Condon. My son is the youngest born in 2004 and had been born with a cleft palate‚ hernia‚ under developed ear canals‚ low blood sugar and a very distinguishing red birth mark that covered in side of his face. He spent lots of time in hospitals the first 3 months we had him. They were removed from dads custody due to safety and neglect concerns and endangerment reports.
