Searching for half-brother and half-sister. I know they were born in thr Spencer Iowa area but potentially moved to Texas where their mother settled down and married. I believe her husband legally adopted them at that point‚ roughly when they were between 8-12 years old (early 80s). My father was young and uninvolved‚ also no longer living in Iowa at that point.
