Deyonna YvonneOwens is (was her name). Deb (or Debra/Deborah) Putman or Putnam (she’s a white woman) was the name of the woman that adopted my daughter. They lived in Dubuque‚ IA. The adoption took place in 2008 or 2009. Deyonna had a diaphragmatic hernia repaired‚ that she was born w‚ when she was 2 days old then last I knew she had torticollis‚ a shunt from hydrocephalus‚ heart murmur‚ mild retardation and an infused hip. She’s biracial (African-American‚ French‚ Cherokee & German). Deyonna has a lazy eye‚ beautiful soft curly dark brown hair and an extra chromosome (partial 11 & partial 22). She just had her 18th birthday 01/06/24 (5:33 am)(she was 6lbs 3.9 oz and 19" long at birth) I’ve been waiting 16 yrs for this day... She’s my heart.
