Hello‚I am searching for my daughter born July 18th‚ 1989 in Carrol‚ IA. Her adoption was a closed adoption through Catholic Charities out of Sioux City‚ IA. One distinct feature of my biological daughter is that I was told when she was less than a year old that she had partial to full deafness due to what I was told was a genetic disorder/defect. I did not get much information about it from the adoptive parents as there was no communication with me after that. I'd love to hear from you.
