I am trying to find my daughter who was adopted out when she was 8 years old in Muscatine Iowa through the Bethany Home for Children and Families. Her name was at the time Alisia Filicity Wiskirchen. I believe a family in Muscatine Iowa adopted her and probably changed her name but I’m not for sure. she will be 23 February 27th 2019. I can’t find any further information on her.
