I was said to be born to Candy and JD Smith. I have no idea if that is even their real names as I have been told when I and my siblings were taking away we all had about 15 different alias’s. As far as I know I have 4 biological brothers. Names are as follows‚ Austin‚ Sydney (later changed to Sidney)‚ Johnny (later changed to David after adopted by another family)‚ Nickolas. I was put in foster care when I was between the ages of 3-5. Adopted when I was around 5-6. I was born at the Davenport Medical Center at 10:43 am on May 17‚ 1989. I do not know if the listed above people are actually my parents and I’m 100% sure at least 1 of those siblings are my siblings. I need help with this please. It was a closed adoption.
