My dad Ted Manternach was born on November 20th, 1968. He was adopted 2 days later by my grandparents MaryEllen and Lester through Catholic Charities. I think the location was in Dubuque, but I’m not really sure. I know my biological grandfather passed away years ago and had diabetes. I’m looking for my grandmother or any other biological family.
