I am not 100% sure what to mention due to a lack of information given by my adoptive parents. I know I was born in a city called Warsaw‚ IN around February 14th‚ 2004 (That is what was put on my birth certificate). From what I was told‚ my original mother went into rehab somewhere in Florida‚ and my original father faced some time shortly after‚ and was released a few years ago as of 2026. I was adopted to the Fulmers‚ Dawn and Robert. More than anything I just need to know my family medical history if my biological parents don't wish much communication.
