I am the parent of 13 year old twins who came to our family through adoption and are hoping to find their older twin brothers. We know that their (probably half) siblings were also twins who were placed into adoption about 4 years before their birth. They were born to a birth mom who lived in Illinois and we think adopted by a family in Valparaiso‚ Indiana. We also believe they turn 18 in December 2023. The twins are African-American.
