I was adopted in Fort Wayne, IN which is where my bio parents are native from. I’ve been searching for many years. I was adopted through family and children services, which is now catholic charity services. I was left with lots of info, but no names. My bio mom left me a pic at the angency, they will not release it because it has her name on it.
