I am looking for information about my father (Ronald Milton Perlette or Bush). His birth father was William Henry Perlette (1921-1957) and his mother was Dorothy Hutchinson (1922-1990). When they divorced and she remarried in 1950 to Norman Bush he adopted my father and his twin siblings Linda and Richard. The birth certificate I have shows Norman Bush as the father but I know from other records and family that his birth father was William Henry Perlette. The certificate number on the birth certificate I have is 113-1947-047633.
