I believe I was born at Community East hospital in Indianapolis Indiana on October 20‚ 1965. I was born premature with some health issues especially with my legs as I wore braces for a few years. I think I was adopted out of Chicago but I’m not 100% positive of that‚ more probable Indianapolis. I was adopted by Lou and Wilma Peters approximately 6 weeks after birth. I believe I am of Italian descent ( I remember some talk of it) and I look very much Italian. Any help in where I can start looking is much appreciated.
