biological brother born 6/25/1950 in Elkhart Indiana Darrel Eugene Swathwood Adopted early in life Biological parents Ruth Ann & LeRoy Swathwood I believe Darrel was adopted thru the Elkhart County Welfare/Child Protective Agency. I believe the records are at the courthouse‚ I got a court order thru Howard County‚ but they won't give me the information. I am 59. My brother would be 57 turning 58 this June. I am fine with someone else contacting him and asking if he would like to know who I am. If he says no‚ I respect that. We are older adults‚ just want to know who he is. Thanks.
