I was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. I was put up for adoption at age 2. My name was Jerry at the time. I wasnt adopted until I was 5 years old. I have been told that I have siblings, that I don’t believe were put up for adoption. The adoption was through social services..and my adopted mother was told that I would be attending school at the time with some of them. I attended Catholic school.
