I was born in October 1968. I know very little about my adoption (possibly Catholic Charities) I know my biological mom and dad were not married and young. I was adopted in Northwest Indiana I believe it was a closed adoption through catholic charities but I am not sure. Looking for anyone or any information! My birth mother wrote a sweet loving hand written note about the few days she spent with me in the hospital before the adoption I’m looking for anyone that would have any information. I would love to have medical information and more if they are wiling. I know how hard times were back then and have respect for the decision made. I will be 50 years old this year and have always wondered and wanted to find out more. Xo
