I’m looking for my niece. She would be 28 now. She was adopted at age 5 or 6. Her name at birth was Destiny Dawn Barrand. The Dekalb County Indiana welfare system took her and her sister from my oldest sister. Her name is Brenda. Her sisters name is Jessica Elizabeth Barrand she was born November 2nd 1996 and had brought red hair. We’ve been looking for them since they turned 18 and haven’t had any luck. Don’t know the names of the ppl who adopted them. But they were adopted together. And the ppl that adopted them had older kids. They were believed to have lived in Avila Indiana and Columbia city Indiana. We heard that they were moved out of state and their names were changed. We are desperately trying to find them. My mom‚ is 75 years old now and we want her to be able to see them again before she passes away. They use to live in Butler Indiana and have 2 older brothers Dustin Fell and Justin Fell. Destiny was given my middle name when she was born. Jessica was born in Kendallville Indiana and destiny was born in Auburn Indiana. 1996 for Jessica and 1997 for Destiny. We found Jessica but she will not give us any information on her sister. They were adopted by the same family. Jessica's name was changed to Marissa Nichelle Rich. He adopted mom's name is Nichelle Rich. They have 2 sons also. They were raised in Indiana. I'm thinking the Kendallville Indiana area‚ because that's where they went to school.
