I know my name was Todd Patrick McDaniel at birth. My birth father was Jimmy Allen McDaniel and he was born in Texas. My birth mother’s maiden name was Ann Arlan McKelvey born in Iowa. On my birth certificate it has her last name as McDaniel so I assume they were married at the time. My place of birth was Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne‚ IN. My birth certificate says she had 1 other child still alive at the time of my birth. I know my birth mother gave me up to the state of Indiana and I was in foster care. I know she came back several times to check on me. The info I have said she tried to keep me but couldn’t.
