Im searching on behalf of my father, he was adopted in Indianapolis I believe and grew up in Anderson Indiana. As far as I know the father listed on record is Carl Felty and Mother was Wonnie but that could be the wrong name. From what I hear the birth mother was very young but I do not know information on how old Carl was. We now live in California, hopefully this reaches someone!
