Hello, I am searching for my maternal grandmother, or members of her family. My mother was born and put up for adoption in 1965. The adoption took place in Springfield, Indiana, but we are unsure if she was born there. We know very little about my grandmother, other than that she was supposedly 19 at the time, and was sent to a home for unwed mothers before she gave birth. Both of the birth parents listed themselves as being Scottish, and said that they were a musician and an artist. My mother’s birth name was Melody.
