My father was adopted out of Marion co Indiana in Dec 1957. His birthdate says Dec 28 1957. My grandparents got him less than a few weeks old. They named him Daniel Fredrick Walther. It was a closed adoption and I do not know the agency but I’m pretty sure it was through a church maybe Lutheran the adopting parents was James and Eunice Walther who lived in corydon‚ Indiana at the time. Daniel died Dec 2 2019.
