My uncle was given up by his birth father in or around 1958-1960. I am not sure of his exact birthdate or year. My mother who was also given up was born in 1954. Their biological parent were Richard and Virginia Waggoner. They had 3 children together. Sherry Belle Waggoner (my mother)‚ Jerry Lee Waggoner‚ and Donna Faye Waggoner. My mother had found Virginia and Richard around 2009. Sadly Richard passed away in 2014 and Virginia passed away in 2016. My mother‚ Sherry‚ passed away in 2016 as well. She had not been able to find Jerry or Donna. I found Donna in 2020‚ by a weird chance. I would love to be able to find info on Jerry whether he is alive or has passed away. Thank you.
