Adopted by Frank and Doris Simmons through a Catholic Orphanage in Allen Co., Fort Wayne IN. At the time of adoption they lived on Russel Ave. I was 6 months old at time of adoption and was called Judy at the orphanage, but my name was changed after adoption. My biological mother was from South Carolina and was unwed and I was told my biological father was an engineer of some sort. I was born at 2:21 am but not sure of the hospital’s name.
